Tis the season to be jolly
Over the holidays many of us like to indulge a little, ….and those of you that know me personally will be aware that I do love my wine!!
Here in France, Christmas is largely just a good excuse to indulge in rich food like foie gras, plus of course the essential hams (charcuterie), cheese and chocolate : what better way to start the festivities off than with a glass of champagne …
Are you lost completely when it comes to buying your bubbly? or do you just stick to the well known brands? Or is it just too expensive that you wouldn’t even consider it?
Well in the spirit of seasonal sharing let me tell you something. There are some award winning champagnes on offer by independent producers who practice organic or even biodynamic methods so hence merit a mention. They wont necessarily break the bank and are well worth a tipple.
Where are your best bets for finding these or organic champagnes? Try the following…
